Your office has hard-wired (Ethernet) connections, as well as access to High Speed Wi-Fi. Private IP addresses, firewalls and server storage are available at an additional cost.
MEETING ROOM TIME
All plans include allowances of meeting room time that correlate with your membership type and office size and that can be used at all Collective Works locations. These allowances can be used to reserve both conference rooms and workspaces and reservations can be made online through our Member’s App.
COLLECTIVE WORKS NETWORK
Connect with other members in-person or through our online community. Ask questions, share stories, announce product launches and other good news, invite others to events, promote your job listings, or simply find someone to grab a coffee with. It’s a great way to start meaningful relationships with creative entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Dedicated Desks and Private Offices includes desks, chairs, and lockable storage.
Each Collective Works floor has at least one multi-function copier/scanner/printer. Dedicated Desks and Private Offices come with printing packages that correlate with your membership size.
We’re pretty passionate about our coffee. It keeps our members buzzing and the coffee machine is a great place to run into new people. Our coffee is a custom blend developed for Collective Works, it’s a 100% Arabica blend of Columbian and Ethopian beans and batch roasted in Singapore for the ultimate freshness.

WHAT MEMBERSHIP PLANS DO YOU OFFER?
Flexible access to our shared work areas. When you cowork you don’t need to reserve a workspace in advance you can come and go as needed and use any available desk. This plan includes access to our members app, events, services and a keycard with business hours access at your base location, as well as a monthly allowance of meeting room time.
An assigned desk in an area shared with other members. Our dedicated space comes with either a locker or a lockable pedestal for secure storage onsite. Desktops or Monitors can be set up and left onsite. This plan includes access to our members app, events, services and a 24/7 keycard access at your home location, as well as a larger monthly allowance of meeting room time.
A fully access controlled private office space. Our private offices come with all the benefits of our other plans but also include a landline phone, all local calls and even greater allowances of meeting room time proportionate to the size of the office. Offices start small enough for 2 people and range all the way to spaces for 27. If your company plans on scaling rapidly ask us about “Growth Plan”.
DO ALL MEMBERSHIPS BEGIN ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH?
Yes they do, but that doesn’t mean you have to start on the 1st. For members commencing mid-month we will pro-rate your first month’s membership to bring you into line with our monthly billing cycle.
ARE YOUR COWORKING AGREEMENTS REALLY MONTH TO MONTH?
Absolutely. We offer flexible month-to-month agreements to provide you with the stability of an office with the flexibility you need to grow your business. That said, we do also offer quarter-to-quarter, annual and bi-annual agreements to reward those who are comfortable to give us more certainty around their tenure. WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
Collective Works customer service team are generally onsite at each location between 9 AM – 6 PM Monday TO Friday. Coworking members can access the space during these times. Members with Dedicated Desks or Private Offices can access via key card 24 hours a day 7 days week.
CAN I DROP IN OR SHOULD I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A VIEWING?

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF A COLLECTIVE WORKS OFFICE?
Every Collective Works office is unique and total square footage differs from location to location. Each office provides more than enough room for a team to work comfortably. Schedule a tour to check it out for yourself!
WHAT IF MY COMPANY NEEDS A PHONE?
Collective Works offers IP Phones on both Dedicated and Private Office Memberships. The monthly subscription for the phone service includes all your local calls in Singapore and International dialling is charged based on usage. Our system supports all Singtel IDD codes. If your team has an existing VoIP phone service that you’d like to use then you can let us know and we can try and get it connected to our network.
HOW DOES FOLLOWME PRINTING WORK?
Our higher membership plans include a monthly credit allocation that can be used for both color and black & white printing and photocopying. You will need to have a small printing driver installed on your computer and after that you just touch your access card to any printer in the network to release your print jobs. Your printing is deducted from your allowance and any overage is billed with your next invoice.
CAN I RECEIVE MAIL AND PACKAGES AT COLLECTIVE WORKS?
Dedicated Desk and Private Office members can receive mail and packages at Collective Works. The Customer service team will send you an email if you receive mail at a Collective Works Location. If your membership doesn’t included the use of our addresses you may be able to add this service as a top-up. Please speak to front desk or email email@example.com for more information.
CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE BUSINESSES REGISTERED AT MY BASE ADDRESS?
We understand that many of our members are entrepreneurs with more than one company on the go but we consider these requests on a case-by-case basis. Have a chat with the customer service team for more information.
HOW DO I RESERVE A MEETING ROOM?
You can make a reservation through the Collective Works app. You just need to select a location and the desired date and choose your preferred meeting room. In the App you’ll also be able to view the availability rooms at our locations and filter by size or equipment you require.
WHAT SIZE CONFERENCE ROOMS DO YOU HAVE?
Conference room size varies by location but we have conference rooms to accommodate groups of between 4–16 people.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND TO WORK WITH ME?
If you would like to have a guest work with you for the day, you are welcome to reserve a conference room or Register them a Front Desk if you would like them to work in the workspace with you.
CAN GUESTS VISIT ME IN MY PRIVATE OFFICE?
Yes. Just make sure you register them at Front Desk or via the Collective Works app.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Cheque, Bank Transfer, GIRO and a range of Credit Cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT OR SET UP FEE?
Yes. Collective Works requires a security deposit of at least one month’s monthly membership fee for coworking and dedicated desk members and two months membership fee for private offices. Set up fees are normally only charged in the event where a client requires advanced IT assistance.
AM I ABLE TO TRANSFER TO ANOTHER COLLECTIVE WORKS LOCATION?
Yes! If the building of your choice has availability, we will work with you to organize a seamless transfer to the building of your choice.
MY COMPANY HAS GROWN OUT OF ITS CURRENT SPACE. DOES COLLECTIVE WORKS BUILD SPACES FOR TEAMS LARGER THAN 12 PEOPLE?
Yes! Collective Works offers a build-to-order service called BESPOKE for teams of 12 or more. If you’d like to know more please arrange a BESPOKE consultation.
