Chris is a runner at heart who has worked in the Health and Fitness Industry for over 18 years, 10 of which he was a Personal Trainer.

He has trained many people to compete in endurance events, races and has competed himself in a full marathons, with his best time coming in at 3hrs 43mins.

Now a Club General Manager for Fitness First, he still spends a lot of time dedicated to training and is a keen sportsman, having competed in endurance races, triathlons and marathons.

Qualified in Sports Medicine, Biomechanics and Nutrition, Chris is able to offer unique insights to help improve your running moves.
